Penman's Dam
My first visit to this location. Middle of the day in the middle of summer. I have to return for better light.
Full Moon
I took these shots at about 10 pm. At about 9:00, Nancy saw the moon and pointed it out to me. Our movie was good so I said "Later". After 15 minutes, I couldn't stand it anymore. I grabbed my camera and went out to shoot. Went in and loaded the images on my computer. I did this twice more. I went out one last time. Captured the shot with the trees when our motion sensor light tripped. I turned around to see a skunk trying to get under our deck but not able to due to my "skunk proofing" earlier this year. I grabbed my gear and ran for the front door thinking what if the skunk's little brother or sister is along the route to our front door. I got inside without further incident. Whew.
Autumn and Asia
As Ontario started to open up, we set up this shoot with sisters Autumn and Asia. Their mother and about six photographers were the first group we were able to host at the FN cottage.
Mac Lilley Horses and Scottish Highland Cattle
The only camera club outing of 2021, so far. Over the past few years we've become quite familiar with the Mac Lilley horse training farm. We're new to the another location that has Highland cattle as pets.
Tundra Swans
An annual notice that spring is about to happen, the migrating swans can rest in Aylmer for up to a week during their flight to the tundra in the Arctic.
