London, Ontario, has a wonderful private music hall, the Aeolian Hall, that opens its doors to teach music to children and to provide a venue for up and coming musicians, not to mention some every talented well known artists. In March of 2022, Loreena McKennitt organized a fundraiser for the displaced of Ukraine. Over 20 performers of music and spoken work too to the stage.
When considering a cottage, one of my asks was to be able to use it (easily) in winter. Whether that is waking up to see the sunrise (first image) or going for a walk on one of the nearby trails (second image), snow makes everything look interesting.
Some friends wanted to shoot this location again. Went there twice in November and did some large scale light painting.
An early morning drive to catch sunrise meant driving through torrential rain, setting up wondering if there'd be a clear sky or more rain. Got some cloud and some sunshine with autumn colours. I even got a train going over the bridge.

Our cottage is about 5 kms north of the London (Ontario) Airport. Great location to see the planes.
