Great Grey Owl

Normally a resident of forests far north of the Canada' southernmost town, Kingsville, Ontario, this owl showed up shortly before Christmas 2011.  It is about 2 feet tall with a wing span of about 5 feet.   I had the opportunity to go to Kingsville on January 2, 2012.

    Thanks for the comments. Greatly appreciated. I used my 150-500 lens. The flight shots were at the 150 end while the static shots were closer to the 500 end. Chris
